Pir Vilayat, the son and of Hazrat Inayat Khan, was one of the best known Sufi teachers of the 20th Century. Following in his father's footsteps, he was first and foremost a teacher of meditation, who had the rare ability to open the doors to higher realms and to help one experience them.
